Continued Maintenance of Billets Hart Copse on Fitzherbert Walk

Over the past few months, ongoing maintenance work has continued at Billets Hart Copse, located along Fitzherbert Walk. This important initiative, carried out on William Hobbayne Charity land, has been supported by Ealing Park Rangers, the Environment Agency, and various corporate volunteer groups.

We have been caring for the Copse for the past seven years. Recently, following expert advice, we have focused on thinning and pollarding trees along the riverbank. These efforts have significantly improved the health of the trees, enhanced the natural views, and increased safety for everyone using Fitzherbert Walk.
